Introduction Having had no further contact or confirmation of compliance concerning this order,an inspection was made on 5/14/13 to
determine the status of the corrections. The following uncorrected/reoccurring violations were noted:

Description No owner,agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk,debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard.This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage,debris and yard waste. *"Remove
all junk, debris,garbage, recyclables, etc.from the property.
Item# 2 Code 23-9 _ Complies No Comply By 05/03/2013 IMMEDIATELY
Description All garbage shall be kept in carts issued by the Sanitation Division. **All garbage and recyclables are required to be stored in
their designated cart and put out for collection regularly.
Summarv A service fee of$50.00 will be charged as a result of this notice. The fee will be invoiced under a separate mailing from the
City of Oshkosh. Failure to pay the assessed service fee will result in fee being added as a special assessment on your
property tax bill. Since you did not respond to the notices that were sent to you the property was cleaned of all junk and debris.
You will be billed accordingly for the services. ;
�olations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and retum it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 5/3/2013

the Sanitation Division to remove all of the junk and debris from the property and you will be billed for any costs associated
with the clean up.

The City of Oshkosh Inspections Division has recently viewed your property with the street
address of 1214 Grand St, Oshkosh, Wisconsin 54901. We viewed this property in response to a
complaint we received.
Upon arriving at your property, our office viewed a substantial amount of refuse and garbage on '
the terrace, sidewalk and driveway. You must clean up all exterior junk, debris, recyclables,
refuse and garbage on the property at 1214 Grand St, within seven (7) calendar days from the
date of this letter, regardless of when you may receive this. If you fail to clean up the refuse and
garbage described in this letter, the City will clean the property, at your expense, pursuant to
Section 66.0627, Wisconsin Statutes. You are advised that the statute I have cited allows the
City to place a tax lien on this property in the amount of all unpaid amounts relating to these
services provided.
The City prefers that you address this problem without further City involvement. However,
please be assured that the time limitation in this letter is firm, as is the City's pledge to place any
unpaid amounts for these services upon the t�bill for this property.

specified.A service fee of$20 will be charged as a result of this notice. The fee will be invoiced under a separate mailing from
the City of Oshkosh. Failure to pay the service fee will result in fee being added as a special assessment on your property tax
bill. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will be re-inspected after 5/3/13. If it is found that you
are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00 and the violation will be abated (see letter).
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
