Summarv A service fee of$50.00 will be charged as a result of this notice. The fee will be invoiced under a separate mailing from the City of Oshkosh. Failure to pay the assessed service fee will result in fee being added as a special assessment on your property tax bill. Since you did not respond to the notices that were sent to you the property was cleaned of all junk and debris. We viewed this property in response to a complaint we received. Upon arriving at your property, our office viewed a substantial amount of refuse and garbage on ' the terrace, sidewalk and driveway.
