Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk,debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance,eyesore and/or hazard.This includes the proper storage 8�removal of garbage, debris and yard waste. **Junk,
debris and recyclables were found spread across the terrace. Garbage and recyclables are to be stored in their designated
carts and put our for collection on your scheduled collection day. The items on the terrace were found on Monday and your
collection day is Friday.
Item# 2 Code 16-37A(3) Complies No Comply By 05/16/2013 IMMEDIATELY
Description Every owner of a dwelling shall be responsible for maintaining in a safe, clean and good condition all communal, shared or
public areas of the dwelling and appurtenant premises.
Summarv A court date for allowing code violations on your rental property after having received prior notices for the same violations on
this or other rental property has been scheduled for June 12,2013 at 9:OOam, Rm. 194, 420 Jackson St. A service fee of$20
will be charged as a result of this notice. The property will be re-inspected after 5/16/13 to verify compliance. If it is found that
you are still not in compliance additional service feed and/or citations will be issued. Correct the violation immediately and
contact me at(920)236-5137 to verify compliance.
