Item# 1 Code 17-36B Complies No Comply By 04/24/2013 IMMEDIATELY
Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk,debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance,eyesore and/or hazard.This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage,debris and yard waste. "*Please
remove the wood pile and the tire that are on the side of the garage.
Item# 2 Code 17-36D Complies No Comply By 04/24/2013 IMMEDIATELY
Description All openings where rodents, pigeons, insects might enter shall be properly and effectively sealed. *"Please remove the birds
nest from the garage soffit and secure the soffit back into place.
Summarv It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as
specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you
do not contact this office to verify compliance your property willl be re-inspected after 4/24/13. If it is found that you are still not
in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 4/24/2013
