Item# 1 Code 17-36B Complies No Comply By 04/24/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner,agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk,debris or other condition,which creates a public nuisance,eyesore and/or hazard.This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage, debris and yard waste. *"All debris, including construction debris,furniture,concrete,and yard waste shall be cleaned up by the compliance date. Construction materials must be stored until used. Waste must be disposed of properly** : Summarv It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property willl be re-inspected after April 24 2013. If it is found that you are ' still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy.
