The following uncorrected/reoccurring violations were noted: Item# 1 Code 17-366 Complies No Comply By 04/26/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner,agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk,debris or other condition,which creates a public nuisance,eyesore and/or hazard.This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage,debris and yard waste. **At inspection a large amount of furniture,garbage,junk, pallets,etc.were found on the yard and driveway. Clean up all junk, debris, recyclables,furniture, etc. and immediately remove it from the premises. **At re-inspection loose garbage, debris, pallets, and cinder blocks found still in the yard and driveway. Item# 2 Code 23-9 Complies No Comply By 04/26/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description All garbage shall be kept in carts issued by the Sanitation Division. ""All garbage and recyclables are requried to be kept in their designated karts and put out regularly for collection. Summarv A service fee of$50.00 will be charged as a result of this notice. The fee will be invoiced under a separate mailing from the City of Oshkosh. Failure to pay the assessed service fee will result in fee being added as a special assessment on your property tax bill. Correct the violation immediately and contact me at(920)236-5137 to verify compliance. If you fail to contact me a re-inspection will be made after 5/8h3 to verify compliance. If you are found to still be in violation an additional service fee and citation will be issued. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractoNagent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 4/26/2013 Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.or by appointment.To schedule inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236-5128 noting the ad , permit number(when applicable),and the nature of what needs to be inspected. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will be re-inspected after 4/26/13. If it is found that you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected.
