Introduction WPS personnel informed the inspection department of code violations pertaining to your electrical service. I have verified the
violations and now request that you address the situation.
Item# 1 Code Mun code 11-44(A) Complies No Comply By 05/25/2013
Description Should any electrical equipment be found unsafe or dangerous to persons or property,the person owning or using such
electrical equipment shall be notified in writing by the Electrical Inspector the need to make the equipment safe. Failure to
comply with such notice within the time specified shall be sufficient cause for the Electrical Inspector to disconnect electrical
service to said equipment or to cause the arrest of such person owning or using such electrical equipment.The electrical
service riser is damages, lacks proper support

Description Electricians licensed with the city required to do wiring on any building that is not a single family residence owned and
occupied by the owner.Wiring done for the purpose of rental or sale of such residences is also limited to a licensed electrician

Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 5/25/2013
