Item# 1 Code 17-366 Complies No Comply By 05/09/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner,agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk,debris or other condition,which creates a public nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard.This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage,debris and yard waste. ""Please remove and store any piping that is not being used.'" Item# 2 Code 23-8A Complies No Comply By 05/09/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner,agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. Solid waste and containers shall not be stored in the following locations: 1)On any side of a building that faces a public right-of-way.2)On, under, or alongside of a front porch, stoop, landing, accessible ramp,or deck fronting on the public right-of-way. 3)Within 15 feet of the public right-of-way. *"Please move all garbage, recyclables and containers to the rear of the dwelling farthest away from any public street or sidewalk when not being collected.** Summarv It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will be re-inspected after May 9,2013. If it is found that you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy.
