Introduction An inspection of your property following a complaint revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Code,which
shall be corrected by the compliance dates specified for each item. If you have any questions regarding the requirements of

Item# 1 Code 17-36B&30-36a(2) Complies No Comply By 03/22/2013 IMMEDIATELY
Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking
spaces, except in the driveways of single-family and two-family dwellings. **At inspection a truck and a trailer were found
parked in the yard-to the East of garage. An area in the front was also plowed out where it appears vehicles have been
parking as well. No vehicles or trailers may be parked on any part of the lawn. Move all vehicles/trailers to the driveway or
garage.
Item# 2 Code 17-36B Complies No Comply By 03/22/2013 IMMEDIATELY
Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. **At inspection a toilet was found sitting in front of the garage. Remove the toilet from the
premises.
Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as
specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you
do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will be re-inspected after 3/22/13. If it is found that you are still not
in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 3/22/2013
Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. -4:30 p.m.or by appointment. To schedule inspections please call the Inspection
Request line at 236-5128 noting the addl.' -,ermit number(when applicable),and the nature of what needs to be inspected.

Description The exterior of every structure or accessory structure including fences shall be maintained by the owner, occupant or person
authorized to use same free of conditions reflective of deterioration and/or inadequate maintenance. **Replace any broken
panes of glass on the 2nd garage on the West side of the property.
Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as
specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property.
