Introduction The following violations were noted at the rough in plumbing inspection.

Description Storm water and clear water connections.'Except as provided in s. SPS 382.36(3), storm drain piping and clear water drain
piping may not discharge to a sanitary building drain which connects to a publicly-owned treatment works.**FLOOR DRAIN IN
BASEMENT HAS DRAIN TILE GOING INTO IT CAUSING AN ILLEGAL CONNECTION AND SHALL BE REMOVED OR
CAPPED AND A SUMP PUMP INSTALLED PER CODE TO RECEIVE THE STORM WATER**
Summary Please correct the above violations and request a re-inspection within the next 30 days. Office hours are Monday-Friday

Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 5/12/2013
