Item# 1 Code 17-36A Complies No Comply By 09/23/2012 Description The exterior of every structure... shall be maintained by the owner, occupant or person authorized to use same, in good repair...free of broken or missing siding, shingles or exterior woodwork... or any other conditions reflective of deterioration and/or inadequate maintenance or as may tend to depreciate property values in the area or create a nuisance or hazard. Roof requires structrual repair, including replacing rotted soffit and fascia. Replace shingles or re-roof as needed. Repair or replace the missing or damaged window screens. Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified.
