Introduction Having received no contact from you regarding this notice your property was reinspected on 3/25/13 which founf the following
uncorrected violations:
Item# 1 Code 30-36A(2) Complies No Comply By 02/28/2013 IMMEDIATELY
Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk,debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking
spaces, except in the driveways of single-family and two-family dwellings. **Vehicles cannot be parked on the lawn. At
inspection there was a car and a truck with a trailer attached parked in the back yard. There can be no parking to the East of
the garage in the back yard. **At re-inspection a car was found still parking in the back yard.
Item# 2 Code 17-36B&30-36A(4) Complies Yes Comply By 03/23/2013 IMMEDIATELY
Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. All vehicles parked on a residential lot shall be in condition for safe and legal performance
on public right-of-ways and shall be registered, displaying current license plates. **The black Honda parked by the alley has
plates that expired Sep. of 2012. Renew the registration and display a current sticker on the plate. The complaint stated that
there is also a Jeep in the front driveway which has two flat tires and also is expired. Fix any flat tires and renew the
registration.
Summary A service fee of$50.00 will be charged as a result of this notice. The fee will be invoiced under a separate mailing from the
City of Oshkosh. Failure to pay the assessed service fee will result in fee being added as a special assessment on your
property tax bill. Correct the violation immediately and contact me at(920)236-5137 to verify compliance. If you fail to contact
me a re-inspection will be made after 4/2/13 to verify compliance. If you are found to still be in violation an additional service
fee and citation will be issued.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 2/28/2013

Request line at 236-5128 noting the a ress, permit number(when applicable),and the nature of what needs to be inspected.
