Clean up all junk, debris,tires,etc. and remove them from the property. See item#2 for storage requriements. Item# 2 Code 23-9A Complies No Comply By 03/22/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description All garbage shall be kept in carts issued by the Sanitation Division. **Garbage and debris cannot be left on the ground in bags. Store all garbage&recyclables in their designated carts and place the carts out for collection so garbage and recyclables do not build up on the property. Item# 3 Code 17-36B&30-36A(2) Complies Yes Comply By 03/22/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking spaces, except in the driveways of single-family and two-family dwellings. **There is a vehicle parked in the Southwest corner of the lot-this area is outside of the designated parking area for the property(driveway). All vehicles parked on a residential lot shall be in condition for safe and legal performance on public right-of-ways and shall be registered, displaying current license plates. **The vehicle that is parked in the yard is also unlicensed. The vehicle cannot be parked on site if it does not have a current license plate displayed. Either register the vehicle and display a current license plate or remove the vehicle from the premises. Summary A service fee of$50.00 will be charged as a result of this notice. The fee will be invoiced under a separate mailing from the City of Oshkosh. Failure to pay the assessed service fee will result in fee being added as a special assessment on your property tax bill. Correct the violation immediately and contact me at(920)236-5137 to verify compliance. If you fail to contact me a re-inspection will be made after 4/2/13 to verify compliance. If you are found to still be in violation an additional service fee and citation will be issued. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 3/22/2013 Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. -4:30 p.m. or by appointment.
