It goes: ceiling tile, sheet rock and then plaster/lath. Total area is 24'x22' =528 sq ft x$8 s.f. (this is $5 s.f. for plaster and$3 s.f. for other multiple layers over it) $4,224 Proceed? Second Floor Ceiling is made up of several layers: wood/sheet rock/plaster combos. Total at 360 s.f. 2. Stairwell(Room 10) has plaster on the east wall as well(behind other layers). Total at 32 s.f. 3. Common Wall between room 11 and 12 (sheet rock/shim board/then plaster). Total at 120 s.f. (60 s.f. per side) 4. Vermiculite above second floor ceiling that we are taking down above. Total at 360 s.f. Total square footage of plaster=512 s.f. x$8 s.f. (this is$5 s.f. for plaster and $3 s.f. for other multiple layers over it)$4,096 Total square footage of vermiculite= 360 s.f. x$4 s.f. =$1,440 DNR jump (going from$700 permit to$1,325 permit due to increased quantity) $625 Total for above=$6,161 1008/1010 Oregon Street: 1. We confirmed that the transite runs behind the vinyl siding on the sidewalk side (front side). It is layered as follows: vinyl siding, wood shake, transite panels 2. This was assumed at the time of bidding and are not charging additional monies(just letting you know for your notes) 3. The siding panel extends over to the adjacent building. They share the same J-chanel. We will do our best to re-establish this J-channel but you may want to have a sider ultimately look at it. Its a weird setup the way the adjacent building was sided over to. Paul, please confirm that the above$6,161 is approved to move forward to allow us to stay on schedule.
