PERMIT REQUIRED. 2. 18-79.1B THE INOPERABLE/UNLICENSED VEHICLE PLATE #CYT-112 EXPIRED 4-91 AND THE UNLICENSED/INOPERABLE BOAT BEHIND THE GARAGE SHALL BE REMOVED. 3. 18-79.1A THE ROOFING ON THE DWELLING IS IN POOR CONDITION AND THE NORTH ROOF SLOPE HAS AN EXCESSIVE SAG. THE ROOFING SHALL BE REPAIRED/REPLACED AND THE SAG CORRECTED OR PROPERLY RESUPPORTED. 4. 16-33A (6) THE REAR ENTRY STEPS HAVE BEEN INSTALLED WITHOUT PERMIT AND DO NOT MEET CODE FOR A PLATFORM AND GUARD AND HANDRAILS. 5. 15-17 THE ABANDONED WELL SOUTH OF THE DRIVEWAY SHALL BE PROPERLY FILLED AND ABANDONMENT PAPERS FILED WITH THE HEALTH DIRECTOR. ITEM #2 SHALL BE CORRECTED BEFORE NOVEMBER 9, 1994. ITEM #5 SHALL BE CORRECTED BEFORE DECEMBER 9, 1994. REFERRED TO PAUL FOR FOLLOWUP. ITEM #4 SHALL BE CORRECTED BEFORE JANUARY 9, 1995.
