1 16-37A(1) The owner of every dwelling shall be responsible for maintaining in a safe, clean
and good condition all communal, shared or public areas of the dwelling and
appurtenant premises. Yards shall be maintained by the owner according to the
provisions of Section 18-69A and 18-79.1B of the Oshkosh property Maintenance
Code.
2 16-35A (6) No owner shall rent to any other person for occupancy or allow any person to
occupy any dwelling unit or premises unless it is safe and clean and complies with all
provisions of the Minimum Housing Code and Section 18-79.1 of the Property
Maintenance Code.
3 18-79.1 B The debris and rough ground where the garage once stood shall be cleared and leveled

4 18-69A Following the removal of the debris and leveling the area the owner shall cut the tall
grass and weeds which were previously ordered cut September 26, 1995.
5 16-33A (6) The rear steps are still not in compliance with Building Codes. These steps were

CORRECTION SCHEDULE
Items#1 & #2 are informational. Rental of this living unit with outstanding orders is
in violation of these two ordinances.
Item#5 shall be corrected before October 12, 1995 or a citation will be issued.
Item#3 & #4 shall be corrected before October 19, 1995. Failure to have complied
by this time will result in citations being issued to the owner.
Please be reminded that the sagging roof on the dwelling is still under orders and has
not been corrected nor has approval been given by the Building inspector to correct.
A permit will be required. An inspection will be made on November 9, 1995 to
assure compliance concerning the roof.

Problem/Violation: of 18-69A, failure to cut or have cut tall grass & weeds; 16-33A (6),
failure to replace deteriorated non code rear steps of dwelling.
Brief history review: Orders issued November 1, 1994 to remove dilapidated garage and
replace deteriorated non-code compliant steps among other violations .On October 5, 1995 a
Final Notice was issued for Noncompliance of the orders and included a notice to cut weeds
where the old garage has stood because the occupant could not mow due to the debris.
Following the Final Notice I contacted Tim Rusch and explained the violations. He stated he
would take care of the problems. On October 16, 1995 I made a reinspection. The grass &weeds
had not been cut nor the steps replaced to Code.

UNLICENSED//INOPERABLE BOAT BEHIND THE GARAGE SHALL BE REMOVED.
3. 18-79.14 THE ROOFING ON THE DWELLING IS IN POOR CONDITION AND THE NORTH ROOF SLOF;
HAS AN EXCESSIVE SAG, THE ROOFING SHALL BE REPAIRED/REPLACED AND THE
SAG CORRECTED OR PROPERLY RESUPPORTED.
4. 16-33A (6) THE REAR ENTRY STEPS HAVE BEEN INSTALLED WITHOUT PERMIT AND DO NOT MEET
CODE FOR A PLATFORM AND GUARD AND HANDRAILS.
5, 15-17 THE ABANDONED WELL SOUTH OF THE DRIVEWAY SHALL BE PROPERLY FILLED AND
ABANDONMENT PAPERS FILED WITH THE HEALTH DIRECTOR.
