Introduction An inspection of your property following a complaint revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Code,which
shall be corrected by the compliance dates specified for each item. If you have any questions regarding the requirements of

Item# 1 Code 17-36B&30-36A(4) Complies No Comply By 03/27/2013 IMMEDIATELY
Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. All vehicles parked on a residential lot shall be in condition for safe and legal performance
on public right-of-ways and shall be registered, displaying current license plates. "�At inspection a van without a license plate
was found parked in the driveway. The van is required to either have a current license plate displayed or it cannot be parked
on site. Also,the complaint stated that there is some debris that was left on the ground behind the van, if so please remove it.

Description Solid waste and containers shall not be stored in the following locations: 1) On any side of a building that faces a public
right-of-way.2)On, under, or alongside of a front porch, stoop, landing, accessible ramp, or deck fronting on the public
right-of-way. 3)Within 15 feet of the public right-of-way. Future violations of this/these ordinance(s) may be cited$232.00 per
day of violation,when found, along with written orders to correct. "*At inspection a garbage cart was being stored on the front
stoop of the building. Please move it to the side or back of the building.
Summarv It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as
specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you
do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will be re-inspected after 3/27/13. If it is found that you are still not
in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to co�cealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 3/27/2013
Office hours are Monday through Frida a.m. -4:30 p.m. or by appointment.To schedule inspections please call the Inspection
Request line at 236-5128 noting the dr s, permit number(when applicable),and the nature of what needs to be inspected.
