Introduction An inspection of your property following a complaint revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Code,which
shall be corrected by the compliance dates specified for each item. If you have any questions regarding the requirements of

Description The exterior of every structure or accessory structure including fences shall be maintained by the owner, occupant or person
authorized to use same free of conditions reflective of deterioration and/or inadequate maintenance. "*Several painted areas
on the house and garage are chipping/peeling or have worn off. House and garage need to be repainted. Also, install a soffit
board where it is missing on the South side.
Summarv It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as
specified. It is understood that some repairs may not be able to be made in the winter months(painting). Please submit an
extension request noting a reasonable schedule for when the repairs will be made.The request must be submitted in writing
and approved before the compliance date on this notice.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owneNcontractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 3/1/2013
