Introduction An inspection of your property following a complaint revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Code,which
shall be corrected by the compliance dates specified for each item. If you have any questions regarding the requirements of

Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. All vehicles parked on a residential lot shall be in condition for safe and legal performance
on public right-of-ways and shall be registered, displaying current license plates. *'The vehicle parked in the driveway has
plates that expired 6/30/08. Either renew the plates, store the vehicle in the garage or remove the vehicle from the premises.
Summarv It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as
specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you
do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will be re-inspected after 2/6/13. If it is found that you are still not
in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 2/6/2013
Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. -4:30 p.m. or by appointment.To schedule inspections please call the Inspection
Request line at 236-5128 noting the address, p ' number(when applicable),and the nature of what needs to be inspected.
