Item# 1 Code 17-36B Complies No Comply By 03/15/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard.This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage, debris and yard waste. **Remove the bags of garbage/recyclables from the premises. All garbage and recyclables are requried to be stored in their appropriate carts(see item#2) Garbage and carts are not allowed to be stored on porches,decks or stairs. Item# 2 Code 23-9A Complies No Comply By 03/15/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description All garbage shall be kept in carts issued by the Sanitation Division. '*Bags of garbage and recylables are not allowed to be stored outside. At inspection many garbage bags were piled up on the deck on the North side of the property. Summarv It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will be re-inspected after 3/15/13. If it is found that you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected. �olations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item.
