Item# 1 Code 17-36B Complies No Comply By 03/14/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner,agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard.This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage, debris and yard waste. ""Remove all junk, debris,furniture, recyclables, etc. from the yard and properly dispose of it. Place the garbage and recycling carts out for their regular scheduled colletion days. Item# 2 Code 23-9A Complies No Comply By 03/14/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description All garbage shall be kept in carts issued by the Sanitation Division. "*Garbage and recyclables are required to be stored in the appropriate carts. Garbage cannot be stored on open porches, decks or stairs. Summarv It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s) as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will be re-inspected after 3/14/13. If it is found that you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected. Violations mu��be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy.
