Item# 1 Code MUN 17-36A Compliance No Compliance Date 11/05/2010 Description The exterior of every structure or accessory structure including fences shall be maintained by the owner,occupant or person 10/06/2010 authorized to use same free of conditions reflective of deterioration and/or inadequate maintenance. The roofing shall be replaced due to deterioration. Areas where paint is chipping/peeling shall be repaired by scraping and painting or covering Last with a weather resistant material. Any damaged or rotting wood shall be replaced. See photos for locations. Updated Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified.Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date to avoid further action by the City. Failure to correct the violations or request an extenstion on or before 11/5/10 will result in citation issuance or other court action in an effort to gain compliance. Please contact me immediately at 236-5137. Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy.
