I have verified the violations and now request that you address the situation. Item# 1 Code NEC 230.24(6)(2) Complies No Comply By 04/07/2013 _ Description Vertical Clearance from Ground-Service-drop conductors,where not in excess of 600 volts, nominal, shall have the following minimum clearance from final grade: 3.7 m (12 ft)—over residential property and driveways, and 10'of vertical clearance from final grade to the drip loop Item# 2 Code SPS 316.230(3) Complies No Comply By 04/07/2013 Description Raceways containing service conductors or cables, or service entrance cable not contained within a raceway, shall not extend longer than 8 feet into a building to the service disconnect or the first service disconnect of a group of disconnects as permitted by NEC 230.71. The raceways or conductors shall be considered to have entered the building at the point where they pass through the outer surface of the building exterior, except as permitted by NEC 230.6. -Service conductors cannot be behind siding. 20693 Page 1 of 2 Item# 3 Code Mun Code 11-22 Complies Not Checked Comply By 04/07/2013 Description Electricians licensed with the city required to do wiring on any building that is not a single family residence owned and occupied by the owner. Wiring done for the purpose of rental or sale of such residences is also limited to a licensed electrician Summary Please contact an electrician to correct the problem in the next 30 days.
