Introduction A re-inspection of your property following additional tenant complaints revealed the following uncorrected/newly found
violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Code,which shall be corrected by the compliance dates specified for each item.
Item# 1 Code 16-37A(5) Complies Yes Comply By 03/08/2011 IMMEDIATELY
Description Every owner shall be responsible for extermination of any insects, rodents or other pests. A tenant complained that squirrels
were getting into the walls/ceiling in her apartment. Several penetrations in the building exterior were found. Immediate steps
shall be taken to remove any squirrels from the property and seal up the holes to prevent further entry.
Item# 2 Code MUN 17-36A Complies No Comply By 03/31/2011
Description The exterior of every structure or accessory structure including fences shall be maintained by the owner, occupant or person
authorized to use same free of conditions reflective of deterioration and/or inadequate maintenance. Any holes in the building
exterior where squirrels are getting in shall be repaired. Leaking roof overhangs shall be repaired. Water damaged/rotting
fascia and soffit shall be replaced.
Item# 3 Code MUN 16-35A(2) Complies Yes Comply By 03/31/2011
Description Every outside stair, every porch, every guardrail and every appurtenance thereto shall be so constructed as to be safe to use
and capable of supporting the load that normal use would cause to be placed thereon, and shall be kept in sound condition&
good repair. Such stairs and porches shall be kept free of refuse or stored material. All sections of railings that are damaged
or structurally unsound shall be repaired or replaced. Damaged or missing spindles shall be replaced. NOT DONE AS OF
6/2/11. Still missing spindles. Rotted spindles have not been replaced.
Item# 4 Code MUN 16-35A(1)(a) Complies No Comply By 07/14/2011
Description Every floor,floor covering,wall, ceiling, kitchen counters&tops, cupboards&exterior doors etc shall be kept in good repair.
The patio door is in poor condition and shall be replaced (glass is missing, one pane is caulked in place, handle is broken, and
sliding screen door is also damaged). The patched in drywall areas shall be painted.

Item# 5 Code MUN 17-36B Complies No Comply By 03/30/2012 IMMEDIATELY
Description Porches/decks shall be kept free of refuse,furniture not intended for exterior use and/or stored material.The storage of
furniture, appliances and garbage on open porches is prohibited. Tenant was notified to remove the bags of cans and not
store other debris or recyclables on the porch.
Summary Items left to be corrected: Repair soffit area on front of building. Repair any roof/wall leaks. Remove water damaged drywall
areas and repair, mud and paint. Replace or repair the patio door-glass pane missing&broken handle. Replace the missing
fire extinguisher. All repairs are requried to be completed on or before April 24, 2012 unless an extension request is approved.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 3/31/2011
