Item# 1 Code 17-36B&30-36A(2) Complies No Comply By 02/06/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition, which creates a public nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking spaces, except in the driveways of single-family and two-family dwellings. **Move the van to the designated parking area on the property(driveway). Only vehicles that are displaying current registration are allowed to be parked on site(see item#2). Item# 2 Code MUN 30-36A(4)(a)(i) Complies No Comply By 02/06/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. All vehicles parked on a residential lot shall be in condition for safe and legal performance on public right-of-ways and shall be registered, displaying current license plates. **The white van parked on site has plates that expired 9/30/11. Either renew the plates or remove the vehicle from the premises. Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s) as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will be re-inspected after 2/6/13. If it is found that you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 2/6/2013 Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. -4:30 p.m. or by appointment.To schedule inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236-5128 noting the addrgs�permit number(when applicable), and the nature of what needs to be inspected.
