Having had no further contact from you since the extension was granted, a re-inspection was made on 2/5/2013. It was found that you are still in violation of the Oshkosh Municipal Code. As per 17-36F, a service fee of$20.00 will be charged as a result of this notice. The fee will be invoiced under a separate mailing from the City of Oshkosh. If it is found that you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected. You may also be issued citations.
