Introduction You were granted an extension until February 1, 2013 to have the couch moved. Having had no further contact from you since
the extension was granted, a re-inspection was made on 2/5/2013. It was found that you are still in violation of the Oshkosh
Municipal Code. As per 17-36F, a service fee of$20.00 will be charged as a result of this notice. The fee will be invoiced
under a separate mailing from the City of Oshkosh. Failure to pay the assessed service fee will result in fee being added as a
special assessment on your property tax bill. Please contact me at(920) 236-5054 if you have any questions.

Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard.This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage, debris and yard waste.
**Please move the couch indoors or dispose of properly before the compliance date.**
Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as
specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you
do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will be re-inspected after 2/13/2013. If it is found that you are still
not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected. You may
also be issued citations.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 2/13/2013
