ITEM# CODE FINDINGS OF INSPECTION
SECTION
1 7-8 The building permit for the work being done expires August 29, 1995.
2 7-63 In an action or any violation, the fact that a permit was issued shall not constitute a
defense, nor shall any error, oversight or dereliction of duty on the part of any
inspector constitute a defense. A Building Permit does not automatically
extend time given under orders to make repairs.
3 18-79.1B (a) The yellow Ford Stationwagen with expired plates shall be removed from the
premises or relicensed and made street legal.
(b) The license plates on the Pontiac Fiero expire this month. These plates shall also
be renewed or the vehicle removed.
(c) There are still dead portions in the trees in the front yard. The trees or the dead
portions shall be removed.
(d) All building debris shall be removed from the premises.
4 18-79.1C The wood stacked at the rear fenceline is not properly stacked per the Firewood
Storage Code and shall be removed or properly cut up and stacked per the enclosed
Code section for Firewood.
CORRECTION SCHEDULE
Item#1 shall be corrected by obtaining another permit or completing the work before
August 29, 1995.
Items#3a, #3c & #3d shall be corrected before August 30, 1995.
Item#3b shall be corrected on September 1, 1995.
Item#4 shall be corrected before September 6, 1995.
