Description The exterior of every structure or accessory structure, residential and non-residential, shall be maintained by the owner,
occupant or person authorized to use same, in good repair and free of broken or missing siding, shingles or exterior
woodwork, crumbling stone or brick, excessive chipped, peeling,
or lack of paint, missing, broken or deteriorating. "*'ROOF SEEMS TO BE LEAKING CAUSING CEILING TILES TO BE
DAMAGED AND BLOWN-IN INSULATION TO BE WET AND DAMAGED/ROOF NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED AND ALL
INSULATION THAT HAS GOTTEN WET OR IS WET NEEDS TO BE TAKEN OUT AND REPLACED WITH NEW
Summarv Please correct the above violations and request a re-inspection within the next 30 days. Office hours are Monday-Friday
7:30am-4:30pm. If you have questions feel free to contact me at 236-5052.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 3/8/2013
Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.or by appointment.To schedule inspections please call the Inspection
