Item# 1 Code 30-36A(2) Complies No Comply By 12/12/2012 IMMEDIATELY Description There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking spaces, except in the driveways of single-family and two-family dwellings. There is a boat/trailer parked in the rear yard. Move the boat/trailer to the driveway or remove it from the premises. Item# 2 Code MUN 30-36A(4)(a)(i) Complies No Comply By 12/12/2012 IMMEDIATELY Description All vehicles parked on a residential lot shall be in condition for safe and legal performance on public right-of-ways and shall be registered, displaying current license plates. Register the red car parked in the driveway and display cuttent plates. If you do not register the vehicle it cannot be pared on site. 1i/�J5 @ /40z 20505 Page 1 of 2 Item# 3 Code MUN 17-36B Complies No Comply By 12/12/2012 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition, which creates a public nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. This includes the proper storage& removal of garbage, debris and yard waste. Tires cannot be stored in the yard or driveway. Store them inside or remove them from the premises. Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified and return the signed confirmation. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy.
