Item# 1 Code MUN 16-35A(1)(b) Complies No Comply By 01/18/2013 IMMEDIATELY
Description All rainwater shall be so drained from the roof/ground so as not to allow dampness inside the dwelling unit and so drained as
not to allow standing water, water damage or other detrimental conditions in the dwelling. Several windows have been left
open and snow is getting into the building. Close all windows to ensure water and snow will not get into the unit.
Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s) as
specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 1/18/2013
