Description Every outside stair, every porch, every guardrail and every appurtenance thereto shall be so constructed as to be safe to use
and capable of supporting the load that normal use would cause to be placed thereon, and shall be kept in sound condition&
good repair. The back stairs are in poor condition and shall be rebuilt. Stairs shall be built to comply with building code.
Summary A court date for allowing code violations on your rental property has been scheduled for at 9:00am, Rm. 194, 420 Jackson St.
Contact me immediately at(920)236-5137 to discuss your plans to correct the noted violations. Failure to correct these
violations immediately or have a written extension request approved immediately will result in additional citations issue to you
at$232.00 per day of violation.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 1/20/2012 CITATION
Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. -4:30 p.m.or by appointment.To schedule inspections please call the Inspection

Good morning Teno,
I have sent out a couple of notices for some things that need to get figured out over at 235 Ida Ave.
One was for the tenants to properly store and remove weekly their garbage&debris. I believe that has been remedied.
The other issue was for the poor condition of the stairs off the back door landing and the missing guardrails/handrails. I
have not heard back from you on this. Please e-mail back to me so that you can fill me in on your plan to get this resolved.
