Sent: Friday, January 27, 2012 8:00 AM To: 'tgroppi @new.rr.com' Subject: 235 Ida Ave Good morning Teno, I have sent out a couple of notices for some things that need to get figured out over at 235 Ida Ave. One was for the tenants to properly store and remove weekly their garbage&debris. I believe that has been remedied. The other issue was for the poor condition of the stairs off the back door landing and the missing guardrails/handrails. I have not heard back from you on this. Please e-mail back to me so that you can fill me in on your plan to get this resolved.
