Introduction An inspection of your property following a complaint revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Code,which
shall be corrected by the compliance dates specified for each item. See attached. Randy Phillips was advised via email
(attached) of the violations and need to correct on 12/19/12.To date the violations are still not corrected.

Description Off-street parking and loading facilities and commercial drives providing access to them shall not be used for outdoor product
storage, enclosed container storage or any other use except customer and employee vehicle parking.The material located on
the north side of the 1245 S.Washburn Street facility must be removed and the trailers parked outside of the fence area at
2010 Dickinson Street facility must be moved to the enclosed storage area.
Summary This is the final warning regarding this matter. Continued noncompliance will result in citations being issued.
It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as
specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date to schedule a re-inspection of the property.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 1/31/2013

Good morning Randy.
The reason I'm contacting you today is to advise you our office received a complaint recently for the
facility Pomp's Tire is operating at 1245 S. Washburn Street and we need your assistance to clear the
issues. Specifically the large amount of military vehicle-type tires and other bracketing racks on the north
side of the facility is obstructing the access drive lane for semis entering/exiting the property. The
outside/open storage of such items and materials is prohibited under the municipal code and need to be
removed and relocated inside the facility as outdoor storage is prohibited. Similarly, the adjacent property
at 2010 Dickinson Avenue is having the same issue we communicated about two years ago with your
company about parking/storing the semi trailers in the vacant Omni Glass property which is not permitted
either. A copy of that correction notice is attached for reference.

I believe I spoke to you in 2010 regarding the first correction notice and you were very helpful in making
the necessary adjustments. Please address the current violations at the property no later than January
14, 2012. Please let me know if you have any questions and thank you in advance for the attention to the
matter.
