Item# 1 Code 23-8A Complies No Comply By 01/17/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description No persons shall store or permit to be stored upon property owned by them any garbage, recycling, yard waste, refuse, or any container for any of these items in violation of this section. Storage shall be prohibited in the front yard of any building... solid waste shall not be stored in the following locations: (a) On any side of a building that faces a public right-of-way except alleys. (b) On, under, or alongside of a front porch, stoop, landing, accessible ramp, or deck fronting on the public right-of-way, or(c) Within 15 feet of the public right-of-way,except during collection time periods. Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified. Please inform your tenants of the need to comply with the requirements of this notice. Please move the garbage and recycling carts as specified by the referenced code. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy.
