Parking on lawns is not permitted. The automobile shown in the attached photo (Wisconsin#968-JBJ) is in violation of this code. Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified and return the signed confirmation. Please contact each of your current tenants and inform them of the need to comply with the requirements of this notice. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy. All tenants have been warned not to park on the lawn here and I have also made them aware of the hefty fines that can be imposed by the City if they are in violation of this code. There is a very good group of tenants in this building and I am certain they will comply with this request.
