Introduction An inspection of your property during inspections in the neighborhood revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh
Municipal Code,which shall be corrected by the compliance dates specified for each item. If you have any questions regarding

Item# 1 Code 30-36a(2) Complies No Comply By 12/21/2012 IMMEDIATELY
Description There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking spaces, except in the driveways of
single-family and two-family dwellings. Parking on lawns is not permitted. The automobile shown in the attached photo
(Wisconsin#968-JBJ) is in violation of this code.
Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified
and return the signed confirmation. Please contact each of your current tenants and inform them of the need to comply with
the requirements of this notice.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 12/21/2012

2012 to determine the status of the corrections. The following uncorrected/re-occurring violations were noted:

Mr. Littlefield,
I have received and reviewed your correction notice related to tenant parking at 942 Elmwood Avenue.
All tenants have been warned not to park on the lawn here and I have also made them aware of the
hefty fines that can be imposed by the City if they are in violation of this code.
There is a very good group of tenants in this building and I am certain they will comply with this request.
