Introduction Having had no further contact or confirmation of compliance concerning this order, an inspection was made on December 26,
2012 to determine the status of the corrections. While the trailer was moved from its original position, it is still in violation of
this code, as noted below:

Description There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking spaces, except in the driveways of
single-family and two-family dwellings. All vehicles must remain within designated parking areas. Parking on lawns is not
permitted. Please move the trailer to the driveway or store in the garage.
Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified
and return the signed confirmation.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 1/3/2013 FINAL NOTICE

currently parked, as shown in the attached photo, has not been zoned as a designated parking area. Please move the trailer
to the driveway or other proper parking/storage area.
