Item# 1 Code Mun Code 7-8 Complies No Comply By 02/10/2013 Description No building or structure or any part thereof shall be moved, built, enlarged, altered, or demolished within the City unless a permit is obtained. There is no permit on record for interior remodeling at this address. Item# 2 Code MUN Code 16-35A(2) Complies No Comply By 02/10/2013 Description Every inside and outside stair, every porch, every guardrail and every appurtenance thereto shall be so constructed as to be safe to use and capable of supporting the load that normal use would cause to be placed thereon, and shall be kept in sound condition &good repair. Such stairs and porches shall be kept free of refuse or stored material. Item# 3 Code MUN Code 16-33A(6) Complies No Comply By 02/10/2013 Description Stairways in one and two family dwellings shall be in sound condition, equipped with proper handrails&guardrails installed in accordance with COMM 21.04 , safe to use and shall be equipped with treads and risers reasonably uniform. Item# 4 Code MUN Code 11-44(A) Complies No Comply By 02/10/2013 Description Should any electrical equipment be found unsafe or dangerous to persons or property, the person owning or using such electrical equipment shall be notified in writing by the Electrical Inspector the need to make the equipment safe. Failure to comply with such notice within the time specified shall be sufficient cause for the Electrical Inspector to disconnect electrical service to said equipment or to cause the arrest of such person owning or using such electrical equipment.The electrical service has deteriorated to an unsafe condition due to degradation of the outer cable jacket. Summary The permit must be applied for within the next 10 days to avoid citations and all corrections shall be made. Permit issuance hours are Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30pm.
