Introduction While conduccting a rough plumbing inspection the foloowing violations were noted.
Item# 1 Code Mun Code 7-8 Complies No Comply By 02/10/2013
Description No building or structure or any part thereof shall be moved, built, enlarged, altered, or demolished within the City unless a
permit is obtained. There is no permit on record for interior remodeling at this address.
Item# 2 Code MUN Code 16-35A(2) Complies No Comply By 02/10/2013
Description Every inside and outside stair, every porch, every guardrail and every appurtenance thereto shall be so constructed as to be
safe to use and capable of supporting the load that normal use would cause to be placed thereon, and shall be kept in sound
condition &good repair. Such stairs and porches shall be kept free of refuse or stored material.

Description Stairways in one and two family dwellings shall be in sound condition, equipped with proper handrails&guardrails installed in
accordance with COMM 21.04 , safe to use and shall be equipped with treads and risers reasonably uniform.

Description Should any electrical equipment be found unsafe or dangerous to persons or property, the person owning or using such
electrical equipment shall be notified in writing by the Electrical Inspector the need to make the equipment safe. Failure to
comply with such notice within the time specified shall be sufficient cause for the Electrical Inspector to disconnect electrical
service to said equipment or to cause the arrest of such person owning or using such electrical equipment.The electrical
service has deteriorated to an unsafe condition due to degradation of the outer cable jacket. Unprotected single conductors
between boxes in the basement

occupied by the owner. Wiring done for the purpose of rental or sale of such residences is also limited to a licensed electrician

Item# 6 Code NFPA 54 10.3.1 Complies No Comply By 02/10/2013
Description Unused openings in masonry chimneys shall be sealed.
Summary The permit must be applied for within the next 10 days to avoid citations and all corrections shall be made. Permit issuance
hours are Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30pm. If you have questions feel free to contact me at 236-5274.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 2/10/2013
