The following uncorrected/reoccurring violations were noted: Item# 1 Code MUN 30-36A(2) Complies Yes Comply By 07/19/2012 IMMEDIATELY Description There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking spaces, except in the driveways of single-family and two-family dwellings. Please move the vehicle that is parked on the lawn to a designated parking area (driveway or garage). Item# 2 Code MUN 17-36A Complies No Comply By 08/11/2012 Description The exterior of every structure or accessory structure including fences shall be maintained by the owner, occupant or person authorized to use same free of conditions reflective of deterioration and/or inadequate maintenance. Replace the broken windows on the garage or install painted wood panels or other exterior finish materials. Summary There has been no further contact, schedule of corrective action or confirmation of compliance concerning this order received by this office. Please contact this office with the status of the corrections. If I do not hear from you by 9/5/12 further corrective action,which may include citation issuance,will be pursued in an effort to gain compliance with this notice. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy.
