While the grass and weeds had been cut,the following uncorrected/reoccurring violations were noted: Item# 1 Code 17-36B&17-44A Complies Yes Comply By 09/20/2012 Description No owner or agent shall allow on any premises any condition which creates a public nuisance. The owner of a property shall cut or cause to be cut all grass,weeds and other like vegetative growth in excess of 8 inches in height by the Compliance Date above. If compliance is not achieved,the City at its option will take measure to have such vegetative growth cut and the costs incurred plus an administrative fee will be billed to the property owner and/or City may issue citations for failure to comply. Item# 2 Code 17-36B Complies No Comply By 10/01/2012 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage, debris and yard waste. Please remove the metal poles with attached concrete from the yard. Such items must be properly disposed of or stored out of public view. Summary A re-inspection will be made on or after October 2, 2012 to verify compliance with this order. If it is found that you are still not in compliance, a citation may be issued. Please address the violation immediately and call (920)236-5054 to verify compliance with this office. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy.
