Item# 1 Code 17-36B Complies No Comply By 12/26/2012 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk,debris or other condition,which creates a public nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage&debris. Garbage shall be properly stored behind and adjacent to the rear of the dwelling farthest away from any public street or sidewalk. Please clean up and remove all trash, plastic items,toys, yard waste and the car seat. Replace the basketball hoop in the yard as per the requirements of code 30-35 B(2) (g), mentioned below. Item# 2 Code 30-35B(2)(g) Complies No Comply By 12/26/2012 IMMEDIATELY Description Basketball backboard structures are permitted within a front yard provided a minimum setback of fifteen (15)feet is maintained from the front lot line and a five(5)foot setback is maintained from the side lot line. Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due dates(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy.
