Item# 1 Code 17-36B Complies No Comply By 12/28/2012 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage&debris. Garbage shall be properly stored behind and adjacent to the rear of the dwelling farthest away from any public street or sidewalk. Item# 2 Code 23-8A Complies No Comply By 12/28/2012 IMMEDIATELY Description No persons shall store or permit to be stored upon property owned by them any garbage, recycling,yard waste, refuse, or any container for any of these items in violation of this section. Storage shall be prohibited in the front yard of any building... solid waste shall not be stored in the following locations: (a) On any side of a building that faces a public right-of-way except alleys. (b) On, under, or alongside of a front porch, stoop, landing, accessible ramp, or deck fronting on the public right-of-way,or(c) Within 15 feet of the public right-of-way, except during collection time periods. Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due dates(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. Please store the garbage cart in accordance with the above mentioned codes until your weekly scheduled collection time period. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy.
