Item# 1 Code 17-36B Complies No Comply By 08/21/2012 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard.This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage, debris and yard waste. -The dead tree at the back of the property, in its present condition, constitutes a public nuisance, eyesore and hazard. Please remove the tree and all associated yard waste by the compliance date. If compliance cannot be met within the specified time frame, please contact this office with a schedule of compliance. Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due dates(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy. As mentioned in the last correction notice sent to you, all remains of the tree must be removed from the property unless it will be stored as firewood. You are being given until the compliance date listed on this notice to completely clean up all remains of the tree and resulting yard waste. Failure to do so will result in citations being issued. Item# 1 Code 17-36B Complies No Comply By 09/23/2012 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard.This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage, debris and yard waste. - Please remove ALL of the wood and yard waste from the lawn by the compliance date. If any wood is to be retained for future use, it must be stored in compliance with the code mentioned in item#2. Item# 2 Code 17-36C Complies No Comply By 09/23/2012 IMMEDIATELY Description On all residential premises wood/firewood shall be stored per the provisions of the Oshkosh Firewood Storage Code. All firewood shall be stacked at least 12-18 inches above grade and no closer than 1 foot to any lot line and no higher than 5 feet above grade except when adjacent to a fence where firewood shall be stacked no higher than the upper-most horizontal portion of the fence. Any stored wood must comply with the requirements of this code. Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified. A re-inspection will be made on Monday, September 24, 2012 to confirm that the property is in full compliance. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy. This includes the proper storage& removal of garbage, debris and yard waste. -While the tree has been cut down, the resulting yard waste remains on the property. Please remove all associated yard waste by the compliance date. If wood will be retained for future use, it must be stored in compliance with the code mentioned in item#2.
