As mentioned in the last correction notice sent to you, all remains of the tree must be removed from the property unless it will be stored as firewood. You are being given until the compliance date listed on this notice to completely clean up all remains of the tree and resulting yard waste. Failure to do so will result in citations being issued. If any wood is to be retained for future use, it must be stored in compliance with the code mentioned in item#2. Item# 2 Code 17-36C Complies No Comply By 09/23/2012 IMMEDIATELY Description On all residential premises wood/firewood shall be stored per the provisions of the Oshkosh Firewood Storage Code. All firewood shall be stacked at least 12-18 inches above grade and no closer than 1 foot to any lot line and no higher than 5 feet above grade except when adjacent to a fence where firewood shall be stacked no higher than the upper-most horizontal portion of the fence. Any stored wood must comply with the requirements of this code. Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified. A re-inspection will be made on Monday, September 24, 2012 to confirm that the property is in full compliance. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item.
