Item# 1 Code 7-8 Complies No Comply By 12/21/2012 IMMEDIATELY Description No building or structure or any part thereof shall be moved, built, enlarged, altered, or demolished within the City unless a permit is obtained. There is no permit on record for a ramp at this address. The ramp in it's present condition does not meet the necessary code and safety requirements. Summary If a permit is required for the work being done,the permit must be applied for within the next 10 days to avoid citations. Permit hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy.
