Introduction An inspection of your property during inspections in the neighborhood revealed the following re-occurring violations of the
Oshkosh Municipal Code,which shall be corrected by the compliance dates specified for each item. If you have any questions

Description There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking spaces, except in the driveways of
single-family and two-family dwellings. Parking on lawns is not permitted. You have received prior notification of the
requirements of this notice. Future violations of this ordinance may result in citations being issued to the vehicle owner and/or
property owner.
Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified
and return the signed confirmation.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 12/14/2012
