While the unlicensed van has been moved,the following uncorrected/reoccurring violations were noted: Item# 1 Code 30-36a(2) Complies No Comply By 12/14/2012 IMMEDIATELY Description There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking spaces, except in the driveways of single-family and two-family dwellings. Parking on lawns is not permitted. Please move the boat to a proper parking/storage area. Similar violations in the neighborhood are also being addressed. Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified and return the signed confirmation. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy. In addition, as per Municipal Code 30-36A(4) (a) (i), all vehicles parked on a residential lot shall be in condition for safe and legal performance on public right-of-ways and shall be registered, displaying current license plates.
