Proposal is contingent upon field survey to verify access for installation vehicles and equipment. Proposal is based upon digging with power equipment thru soil, NOT asphalt, concrete or rock.. "Extra charges" will be incurred if hand digging or Hydro-Vac excavation is required due to highly volatile buried utilities.
