Priorities for the Month:
Send out communication about events and promotional opportunities via email to mass list
Put together promotional poster for the downtown gift card program
Put together monthly promos for the downtown gift card program
Update website with new pages and events
Put together 2013 contract for beautification contracted services
Finalize 2013 advertising plan
Monitor BID intern
Put together job listing for a spring intern
Put in place all advertising medias for the month, as well as billing information
Submit all billing invoices and payments to the City

Branding Committee
Met with Matt & Kris to address the website event feed
Reviewed Google Analytical Report for the website
Entering events on the website; as well as updating directory information
Sent out December Newsletter
