Introduction Having had no further contact or confirmation of compliance concerning this order, an inspection was made on November 23,
2012 to determine the status of the corrections. The following uncorrected/re-occurring violations were noted on your
property:
Item# 1 Code 30-36a(2) Complies No Comply By 12/05/2012 IMMEDIATELY
Description There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking spaces, except in the driveways of
single-family and two-family dwellings.
All vehicles must be kept within designated parking areas. Parking on lawns is not permitted. If additional parking is desired,
please contact the Zoning Department at 236-5059 to discuss any options. In the meantime,vehicles may not be parked
outside of designated parking spaces.
Item# 2 Code 30-36A(4)(a)(i) Complies No Comply By 12/05/2012 IMMEDIATELY
Description All vehicles parked on a residential lot shall be in condition for safe and legal performance on public right-of-ways and shall be
registered, displaying current license plates.
The Chevrolet Blazer must be properly registered, displaying current license plates by the compliance date or stored in the
garage, out of public view.
Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified
and return the signed confirmation. Similar violations in the neighborhood are being addressed. Future violations of
this/these ordinance(s) may be cited$232.00 when found,along with written orders to correct.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 12/5/2012 FINAL NOTICE
