Description Every floor,floor covering,wall, ceiling, kitchen counters&tops,cupboards&exterior doors etc shall be kept in good repair.
This is for apt#102- Brittany Meyer's apt- Install carpeting in the areas where the carpeting was removed. Clean the
carpeting that was not removed but damaged by the water that was in the apartment.
Summary Please contact this office with the status of the corrections. If I do not hear from you by 11/26/12 further corrective action,
which may include citation issuance,will be pursued in an effort to gain compliance with this notice. Contact me immediately
at (920)236-5137.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 11/15/2012
Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. -4:30 p.m. or by appointment. To schedule inspections please call the Inspection
Request line at 236-5128 notiytilhe ddress, permit number(when applicable),and the nature of what needs to be inspected.
