It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified. Item# 1 Code MUN 17-36A Complies No Comply By 01/04/2013 Description The exterior of every structure, residential and non-residential, shall be maintained by the owner, occupant or person authorized to use same, in good repair and all exterior surfaces free from crumbling stone or brick, excessive chipped, peeling, or lack of paint, missing, broken or deteriorating steps or siding, conditions reflective of deterioration and/or inadequate maintenance or as may tend to depreciate property values in the area or create a nuisance or hazard. The exterior of the property is required to be sided and the crawlspace is required to be insulated and the skirting reinstalled. Item# 2 Code MUN 7-8 Complies No Comply By 01/04/2013 Description The permits that were obtained for interior remodeling expired in 2010. New permits will need to be obtained for building, electrical, plumbing and heating work. Our computer system shows that we have never conducted insuation or final inspections for this project. Item# 3 Code Zoning Complies No Comply By 12/07/2012 Description The political sign on the side of the house shall be removed immediately. All temporary political signs shall be removed within four days after any election. Item# 4 Code MUN 17-36D Complies No Comply By 01/04/2013 Description All openings where rodents, pigeons, insects might enter shall be properly and effectively sealed. 20503 Page 1 of 2 Item#- 5 Code NOTE Complies No Comply By 01/04/2013 Description Licensed contractors will be required in order to obtain permits for this project due to this property not being owner occupied. Summary Please contact this office and/or obtain the required building permit on or before the scheduled due date. Please be advised that per Municipal Code 7-17 that the permit fee will be$100 plus the permit fee amount or double the permit fee(whichever is greater) since work commenced prior to the issuance of the required building permit. If you have any questions regarding these orders please feel free to contact me at(920) 236-5036. Office hours for applying for building permits are Monday through Friday 7:30am-4:30pm. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy.
