It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified. Item# 1 Code MUN 7-8 Complies No Comply By 01/03/2013 Description No building or structure or any part thereof shall be moved, built, enlarged, altered, or demolished within the City unless a permit is obtained. There is no permit on record for interior remodeling at this address. I have enclosed a pamphlet detailing what is required for interior remodeling. Bedrooms are not allowed to be constructed in basement areas unless all code requirements are met including egress and light and ventilation. Item# 2 Code MUN 7-43 Complies No Comply By 01/03/2013 Description Before commencing construction, installation, alteration or remodeling of any heating, ventilating, or air conditioning system, or part of a system, a permit shall first be secured. Item# 3 Code MUN-11-32 Complies No Comply By 01/03/2013 Description Except as provided in Section 11-3(B), no electrical equipment shall be installed, altered, renewed, replaced or connected without first procuring a permit. 20500 Page 1 of 2 Item# 4 Code MUN 20-8 Complies No Comply By 01/03/2013 Cescription No person shall perform or permit the performance of any plumbing work, as defined by state statute or regulation adopted by reference as a part of this Code, unless a permit therefor shall first have been obtained as hereinafter provided. Summary The permit must be applied for within the next 10 days to late fees and/or citations. Permit issuance hours are Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30pm.
