Item# 1 Code 17-36B Complies No Comply By 10/19/2012 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential or nonresidential premises any junk, debris or other condition, which creates a public nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard.This includes the proper storage& removal of garbage, debris and yard waste. Remove the building materials, metal, scrap,junk, debris, etc.from the property or store it in the garage out of view. Item# 2 Code MUN 30_36AA(2) Complies No Comply By 10/19/2012 IMMEDIATELY Description There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking spaces, except in the driveways of single-family and two-family dwellings. Vehicles,trailers, etc. cannot be parked on the lawn. Move them to the parking lot area Summary A re-inspection will be made on 11/7/12 to verify compliance with this order. If it is found that you are still not in compliance, a citation will be issued. Citations for ordinance violations may be issued at$232.00 per day of violation. Please address the violation(s) immediately and call (920)236-5137 to verify compliance with this office. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 10/19/2012 Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 - . -4:30 p.m.or by appointment.
